Once Oscar Kazen became presiding judge in Probate Court No 1, January 1, 2019, Oscar wasted no time getting Charlie’s case assigned to him, and within 29 days of becoming judge, awarded Mary Warner a new Ward, worth $2,000/month income to Mary, by revoking Laura Martinez-Thrash’s guardianship of her husband, and giving it the Mayor’s wife.
