Charlie Thrash’s letters to Judge Oscar Kazen

Charlie Thrash wrote five letters to Judge Oscar Kazen between January 31, 2019 and February 27, 2019, begging to be released from the guardianship which the previous judge, Tom Rickhoff, had originally placed Charlie into.

Once Oscar Kazen became presiding judge in Probate Court No 1, January 1, 2019, Oscar wasted no time getting Charlie’s case assigned to him, and within 29 days of becoming judge, awarded Mary Warner a new Ward, worth $2,000/month income to Mary, by revoking Laura Martinez-Thrash’s guardianship of her husband, and giving it the Mayor’s wife.
