Charlie Thrash signed this Durable Power of Attorney on June 24, 2016, a full 14 months before being declared 100% incapacitated in a misdiagnosis by the court-appointed doctor, contradicting Charlie’s own medical physician who declared Charlie to be capable of living on his own, and making his own decisions.
This Durable Power of Attorney was essentially ignored, first by Judge Tom Rickhoff, and then by Judge Oscar Kazen, to the grave detriment of Charlie, as a person, and to Charlie’s estate (money and assets) which have been depleted by attorneys working to maintain control over Charlie by keeping him conscripted into an unnecessary and unwanted guardianship.
