August 24, 2020: Judge Kazen’s Order establishing Charlie Thrash’s estate must pay $37,000/MONTH in court-ordered expenses, not including legal fees

The entire reason Judge Oscar Kazen improperly & against Texas Estates Code statutes removed Laura Martinez-Thrash as Charlie Thrash’s guardian, and substituted his neighbor, political backer & Mayor’s wife Mary Werner, was because Judge Oscar Kazen ordered  the lies told by CKL-Lawyers.com, representing Charlie’s estranged grandniece, Tonya Barina, that Laura was exploiting Charlie, converting Charlie’s assets to use for her [Laura’s] benefit, to the detriment of Charlie and his estate.

But this Order of Judge Kazen’s from August 24, 2020 proves what attorney Phil Ross said in the now removed Netflix documentary episode of Dirty Money: there is mounting evidence to suggest that the people the court has assigned to take care of Charlie and his $3.4 Million in assets are instead exploiting Charlie, and converting Charlie’s assets to use for their own self-enrichment.

Conversion of Charlie’s assets is exactly what CKL-Lawyers.com accused Charlie’s common-law wife, Laura, with no evidence whatsoever to back up their allegations, while ensuring the Truth was struck from the record.

Looking at how the “up to $37,000 in estate funds” that Judge Kazen authorized in his August 24, 2020 Order, Exhibit A shows how the gross amount breaks down into two distinct categories: 1) Expenses Charlie (and by extension, Laura, Charlie’s common-law-wife) would have owed whether he’s under guardianship, or not, including Shop, Motor Vehicles, Commercial Property, Personal Expenses, Medical and Office Software; totaling $11,593; and 2) Expenses Charlie’s Estate now finds itself indebted, including Residence, Home Healthcare, Tax Preparation, and Legal Expenses (but not Legal Fees) totaling $24,406.66 an increase of 267%.

[…] Because after all, if Mary Werner and her neighbor Judge Oscar Kazen were interested in Charlie’s financial well-being, why have Charlie’s expenses shot from $10,000/month, when Charlie & his common-law wife Laura Martinez controlled Charlie’s money (prior to March 6, 2019 when Mary Werner seized Charlie from his Shavano Park home, separating Charlie from Laura and her care & love), to nearly $37,000/month, now that Charlie has to pay for a rental home and 24/7 home help care that Laura & her family lovingly provided for free. It would appear Mary Werner directed Charlie’s Shavano Park be home sold off, with the proceeds going to pay Mary Werner’s fees, among other documented expenses. […]
